To empower Zambian women agricultural scientists by making them technically stronger, better networked, more confident and visible in order to deliver effective solutions for small holder farmers.

FACILITATE

Facilitate collaborative agricultural research between and among fellows in Zambia and other countries.

RESEARCH

Carry out agricultural research that is gender sensitive and will influence policies and programmes in agriculture for increased agriculture production and productivity.
